Google Ads management, UK-wide, from Wrexham
Google Ads managed for a flat monthly fee, by the person you speak to
Pay Per Click Management runs Google Ads for UK businesses from £249 a month: a flat fee set by your spend band, never a percentage of it. The account stays in your name, ad spend goes to Google on your own card, the Search Terms report is read every week and you get a written report every month. One business per sector and area on the monthly plans, confirmed personally in the reply.

Speed on a phone, the form, the things Quality Score reads as landing page experience. Runs in Quence, our own tool, no email.
- Flat fee from £249, 0% of spend
- Your account, your data, your card
- 3-month minimum, then monthly

The first reply contains
- The tier and the fee, in writing
- The first three changes we would make
- Whether your sector and area are free
The fee model
A percentage of spend pays the agency to spend more. A flat fee does not.
Most UK agencies charge between 10 and 20 per cent of what you spend, so the more of your money goes to Google, the more they earn, whatever comes back. Our fee is set by the spend band and stays the same until your spend crosses into the next one.
| Percentage of spend | Flat fee by spend band | |
|---|---|---|
| £2,000 a month of spend, at 15% | £300 a month | £399 (Growth), and the same at £2,500 |
| Spend rises to £5,000 | £750 a month for the same weekly work | £599 (Scale) |
| Spend falls because waste was cut | The agency earns less, so cutting waste costs it money | The fee does not move; cutting waste is the job |
| Who the account belongs to | Often the agency, inside its manager account | You; we are a linked manager you can remove in one click |
| Where the ad spend goes | Sometimes through the agency, with a mark-up | To Google, on your own card, no mark-up |
Prices exclude VAT. Every tier, the setup fee and the audit are on the pricing page, and we explain the incentive problem in full in our guide to management fees versus percentage of spend.
The weekly routine
What happens in your account every week, and what you see every month
Monday
Search Terms
Every search you paid for in the last seven days, read line by line. Anything that could never have bought from you goes into a negative list the same day.
Tuesday
Conversion actions
Forms, calls and purchases checked against what arrived in your inbox. An action that fires twice, or counts a refresh of the thank-you page, teaches Smart Bidding the wrong lesson.
Wednesday
Bids and budgets
Impression share lost to budget against share lost to rank, cost per conversion by campaign, and the settings that creep back on: search partners, display expansion, interest rather than presence.
Thursday
Ads and pages
Responsive search ad assets that never serve, ad strength, landing page speed on a phone, the form that quietly stopped submitting after a plugin update.
Month end
The written report
Spend, clicks, CPC, conversions and cost per lead, what changed, what we refused and why, what is planned. Two pages, by the person who did the work.
Auto-apply recommendations stay off. Google's suggestions are read every week and the ones that would spend more without a reason are declined in the report.
Services
By platform, and by job
Search is where most UK businesses should start and where most of the waste hides. Shopping, Performance Max, Microsoft Ads and remarketing earn their place only when the numbers say so.

By job

Landing pages for PPC
The page the click lands on: speed, forms, call tracking
Who it is for
Small businesses spending under £1,000, online shops judged on ROAS, trades and local services that live on phone calls, and B2B firms with long sales cycles.

What we can show today
We have not published a PPC case study yet, and the results page says so. What is real is the work on the pages that ads land on: we build them, and the numbers below are Google's own measurements.
The caveats and a clearly labelled worked example of the monthly report are on the results page. The first real accounts appear there with the client's permission.

Who you deal with
One person owns your account from the first read to the monthly report
Pay Per Click Management is run by Daniel Stoychev at Webso Digital, a web and search studio in Wrexham. He reads the Search Terms, sets the bids, writes the ads and writes the report. No account manager in between, no offshore team you never meet.
- ICO registered (ZC207002); your data and your customers' data handled under UK GDPR
- A real address in Wrexham and a phone that is answered in office hours
- Fees on the website, the same for everyone, no percentage of spend
Things we will not do
- Charge a percentage of spend, or route the ad spend through us with a mark-up.
- Let auto-apply recommendations run, or report clicks and impressions as if they were results.
- Take two businesses in the same sector and area on the monthly plans.

Free tools
Two things you can do to your own account tonight
Generate a negative keyword list for your sector
We built a free negative keyword generator on Competitor Watch. Type your sector and it returns the words that pull in job seekers, students, DIY and the free-and-cheap crowd, ready to paste into a shared negative list. It is the first thing we do on every account.
Open the negative keyword generatorCheck the page your ads send people to
Quence is our free audit tool. It reads the page live: speed on a phone, the form, the number, the headings and the markup. Landing page experience is a third of Quality Score, and a slow page pays more per click for the same position.
Questions businesses ask us about Google Ads
What does one business per sector and area mean?
We take one business per sector and area on the monthly plans, confirmed personally in the reply to your quote. Two clients bidding on the same searches in the same place would be bidding against each other with the same person setting both bids, which we will not do. Put your sector and area on the form and the reply tells you whether it is free.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
No. The fee is set by your spend band: £249 a month up to £1,000 of spend, £399 up to £3,000, £599 up to £8,000. It changes only when your spend crosses into another band, and it never rises because we recommended spending more.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. If you already have one, we ask for access through our manager account, which you can remove in one click. If we build a new one, it is created on your Google account with your card on the billing. Nothing we build is held back if you leave.
Do you work with businesses outside North Wales?
Yes. Every account is managed remotely, and most conversations are by phone, email or a shared screen. We are based in Wrexham with a real address and an ICO registration, but nothing in Google Ads needs us to be in your town.
Tell us what you spend. We reply with a fixed fee and the first three changes.
Your monthly spend, what a lead is worth to you and the address of the page your ads land on. Daniel Stoychev replies within one working day with the tier, the fee, what he would change first, and whether your sector and area are still free.
